  • First South African, Kent Horner 6 minutes behind the leader. Just passed the 34km mark along with Viennot.
  • Head wind giving athletes a hard time on the cycle.
  • Craig Twigg (UK), Bruno Clerbout (BEL) and Markus Fachbach (GER) in passed AID Station 3. Moving fast on the bike.
  • Boecherer still in first just passed AID station 4.
  • Starting to rain on theback end of the course towards Seaview route.
  • Tissink 15min behind leader.
  • Mckernan now in 2nd place and moving on the bike.
  • Brandli passed 34km mark for the women.
  • Leading lady, Braendli, 05:12 ahead of second placed Berasategui.

  • Virginia Berasategui passed 34km mark and now in 2nd for the ladies with 5min behind leader.

  • Virginia Berasategui 02min52sec behind leading lady Simone Brandli. Both passed 60km mark.
  • Raynard Tissink 17min behind the leader, Boecherer.
  • Boecherer passed the 70km mark on the bike.
  • Wind really starting to pick up out at Seaview on the way to the bike turnaround. Temperature also dropping - it's cold out there, cyclists are struggling.
  • Alonso-McKernan now 2min 30s behind Boecherer after 70km

  • Simone Braendli now 5min 46s ahead of Berasategui.
  • Kent Horner looking strong in 5th place, 7min 30s behind the leader.
  • Weather improving slightly. Still icey cold but skies are clearing. Wind still giving cyclists some trouble.

  • Andi Boecherer just passed the 94km with a fantastic lead of 2min ahead of Clemente Alonso-Mckernan in 2nd.
  • Alonso-Mckernan in 2nd for the men followed by Viennot in 3rd. Both past 94km mark.
  • Boecherer just passed 100km mark. Flying on the bike.
  • Kent Horner moving on the bike now in 4th for the men with 8min behind leader.
  • Frenchman, Cyril Viennot has moved into second place overtaking Alonso-McKernan after 100km.
  • Mike Aigroz of Switzerland cycling hard just passed 100km.
  • Tissink passed 90km mark.
  • Andi Boecherer still out in front, just finished his second lap. Alonso-McKernan once again in second place heading into his third lap.
