    Tim O'Donnell seems to be really struggling - he lost two minutes in the first two miles of the run. He was 8:54 back after T2 and now he's 10:59 behind race-leader Jordan Rapp.

    With a mile to go on the bike Heather Jackson has gained another minute on Meredith Kessler - she's 7:03 down as she nears T2. There's been a definite shift in the momentum of this race over the last loop of the bike - Jackson now appears to be very much in contention here today.
