Holly Lawrence is into T2 and she's all alone. #IM703Cali
Sanders & Frodeno are shoulder to shoulder and they are FLYING! They've opened a gap of about 15 seconds on the chasers

    Your leaders at mile 1

The "Heather's" are out of T2 in 2nd & 3rd just over 3 minutes down to Lawrence. Can they work together to reel her in? They've both turned in sub 1:20 runs here in the past

Heather Jackson in pursuit of the leader

Angela Naeth has had to pull into the penalty tent in T2. That's why she wasn't out with Heather Jackson

At mile 2 of the run, Twelsiek has lost contact with the group and is now about 1:30 back of the chase group of Potts, Thomas & McMahon.
At the first turn around at mile 3.6, Frodeno has opened at 10 second gap on Sanders. Is this his move to open the race?
The two of them have really put the hurt the others though as the gap to 3rd 7 4th place is now 56 seconds
Our spotters are still very happy to announce little to no wind and the temperature is about right for a nice 13.1 mile run...not hot hot, just right. Than again they are not running!
At 1.5 miles of the womens run, Lawrence has held her lead with is now 3:30 over Jackson & 4:00 on Wurtele. Kaye is at 5:21, McBride at 9:00 and Naeth at 9:30 after serving her penalty.
