  • Through 6km Michael Raelert is now running 3:20 per km and leads Luke Bell by 5:31 who is running at 3:57 per km. Jamie Huggett is the fast mover in the field running moving at 3:20 per km and just over two minutes behind Bell.
  • Through 2km of the run Melanie McQuaid still leads from Madeleine Oldifeld over 5mins back and Mareen Hufe a further two minutes back.
